If you’re starting a business, rebranding, or need one-on-one guidance to go over your ideas in detail, a consultation is recommended.

 

If you already know exactly what you need, you can proceed with a design service.

You’ll receive a custom design based on the information you provide. After the sample is presented, you have two free revisions to refine it.

Each project includes two free revisions after the initial sample. Additional revisions are $5 each.

Answer: Payment is required when you’re ready to move forward. Services begin once payment is received.

Answer: Payment plans are available for websites and packages only. The first half is due upfront, granting access to prep materials, and the second half completes the purchase.

Question: Do you accept same-day or last-minute requests?

 

Answer: Same-day requests are accepted for select services with a 24–48 hour turnaround and a $25 rush fee. Availability must be confirmed first. Please ask about rushed websites.

Question: Do you communicate outside of business hours?

 

Answer: Communication is only during business hours, 7 AM – 9 PM, seven days a week.

Question: Can I skip the consultation for branding services?

 

Answer: No. A consultation is required for all business branding services or projects that you have multiple questions for that’s not covered in the FAQ.

Question: What happens if I become unresponsive during my project?

 

Answer: Projects will be paused if you become unresponsive. Resuming a paused project incurs a $50 continuation fee. After 12 months project will be cancelled and service will remain non-refundable .

Question: What will I receive once my design is complete?

 

Answer: You will receive the final official files. For logos, this includes both JPG and PNG files. Other services receive the appropriate formats.

Question: Are payments refundable?

 

Answer: Payments are non-refundable once a service is purchased.

Question: What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

 

Answer: Services cannot be canceled but can be paused for up to 30 days. Rescheduling incurs a fee: 2 days free,  $10 for 1 week, $15 for 2 weeks, $25 for 1 month. Rescheduling also pushes the turnaround date to my next available date.

Answer: You’ll go through the revision process. To avoid dissatisfaction, provide detailed information and clear communication about your vision before the project begins.
