Terms & Conditions Mae’s Magical Touch (MMT Designs)

Welcome! Thank you for choosing Mae’s Magical Touch (MMT Designs). To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking and paying, you agree to all policies outlined below.

1. Consultations

If you are unsure about the service you need or are inquiring about branding, a $15 consultation is required before any work can begin.
Consultations ensure we are the right fit and allow us to clarify your vision, goals, and project details.

Please note that booking a consultation does not guarantee project acceptance. I carefully evaluate every project to ensure we’re a good professional fit and that we share the same expectations regarding communication, collaboration, professionalism, and the overall direction of the project. This helps create the best possible experience and outcome for both of us.

If I determine that we’re not the right fit after our consultation, you will receive a 50% refund (phone consultations $5 back) of your consultation fee. The remaining balance covers the time spent preparing for, conducting, and evaluating your consultation.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before work begins.
“Pay now, build later” is available only for websites and package services. Other services require full payment upfront.
All payments are non-refundable.
If required information is not provided within the agreed-upon timeframe, a $5 per day late fee may apply for websites/packages.

3. Scheduling & Turnaround

Projects are scheduled based on payment confirmation.
Turnaround times vary by service. Please provide all necessary information promptly to avoid delays.
Pause Option: Projects can be paused for a maximum of 30 days. Communication during the pause is required.
Rescheduling: Allowed with applicable fees depending on the service.

4. Revisions

Clients are entitled to up to two free revisions after the first sample view of the design.
Additional revisions beyond the two free rounds will be $5 per revision.
Please provide clear and specific feedback to ensure revisions are efficient and meet your expectations.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the completed design.
Mae’s Magical Touch retains the right to display work in portfolios, marketing, or social media unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Communication

Timely communication is essential to a successful project. Please respond to messages and requests for information as quickly as possible.
I reserve the right to pause or discontinue services for clients who are unresponsive, unprofessional, or not aligned with a positive working relationship.

7. Confidentiality

All project details, documents, and information shared by the client are kept confidential.
Both client and designer agree to protect sensitive information and not disclose it to any third party without consent.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Mae’s Magical Touch reserves the right to decline or discontinue services for any client who may not be a good fit for the business. Professionalism and mutual respect are required to ensure a successful collaboration.

9. Agreement

By moving forward with MMT Designs, you acknowledge that:

You have paid in full.
You agree to all terms outlined here.
You understand this is a non-refundable business.
